Just added this beer I had from 6 months ago at the source. I'm not a total sociopath, so I'm gonna go ahead and do a review of said beer as well.
Pours a golden light haze liquid, 1/3" white head. Good brightness to it. The aroma had the standard fare of wheat, barley, saison yeast in a plastic way. Light pepper nuance to it. Definitely Belgo. Commercial tap room tug job about fruity esters doesn't play out as advertised.
The taste is equally led by the grain and yeast profile. Hints of hay and lemon. Frankly has some overlap with the kolsch I had right before this. That Venn diagram overlap. Carbonation was good.
I didn't hate this, but it doesn't really jump out as something I'd recommend or tick again. Decent enough to try once so check it out.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
