Poured from an 8oz can (undated - cue eye roll) into a snifter glass perfectly clear, pale yellow—totally transparent. Frothy bubbles form a half fingers’ worth of head and then dissipate moments later. Aroma of apple juice and crackers. The malt bill is simple, Cheerios and white grapes, a clean finish pushes that lingering pale malt on the tongue. Beer is a little flat - wish it had a bit more carbonation and liveliness, but is balanced overall and quite nice. Not sure why they put this in 8oz cans and not 16oz because this one is a pounder. Overall, something fun and different.
