On tap at Pressure Drop Brewing/The Barrel Factory in Buffalo, NY.
This one pours a clear dark orange, with a small white, and lots of lacing.
This smells like marijuana, grapefruit, peppery bitterness, grassy hops, pine, and orange.
This is really quite tasty. It's awesome crisp and fermented very cleanly, with a healthy and unique peppery bitterness on the finish. Threre's lots of grapefruit and orange here- it's actually an IPA balanced between juicy and bitter. You don't see that done all that well around here anymore, so I like it a lot.
This is light bodied, crisp and super clean, with a good level of carbonation.
I'm very impressed with this new-ish brewery. They make some great West Coast style IPAs.
