I am trying this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a four sample flight. It poured a slightly hazy golden with thin white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had mild fresh pineapple notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright malt base with fresh pineapple and tangerine presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

Just an extremely unpleasant IPA, SUPPOSEDLY of the New England variety.
Looked like concentrated grapefruit juice mixed with milk. Tasted like very bitter hops and very bitter grapefruit juice.
Anybody want 3 of these? (This is the problem with trusting a beer advocate score of 4.3 with only 6 random beer dorks reviewing...probably friends of the brewers...I should have known better)
