On tap at Skylark in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a somewhat clear light amber, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like tea and biscuits, with a lemon tea, breadiness, slight pine, and caramel.
I think this is supposed to be modeled after an English Pale Ale. It does a half-hearted job in this regard, as it's just sort of sweet and underattuenuated, with not enough hop character, or malt character honestly - it's just too light.
This is light bodied, crisp, but boring, even with a decent amount of drinkability.
I've liked other Pressure Drop beers a lot more than this one.
