This one pours a light mostly clear amber color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like Maraschino cherries that dried out in the sun a little bit, lime peel, lemon juice, and a slight grainy maltiness.
This manages to somewhat evoke a fruited soda concoction from an old fashioned soda fountain without being overly sweet. The acidity level works well here, as the cherry could have gotten maybe a bit too sweet without it.
This is very light bodied, but crisp, with a nice drinkability.
This was a fun little experiment that pretty much worked out well.
