On tap at Tacos, Community, and Beer in Buffalo, NY.

This one pours a fairly hazy golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like pine and grassy bitter hop character, with lemon, grapefruit, and orange.

This is solid, and goes well with spicy food, as seems to be the intention here. I’m not someone who tries to pair beer with food, really ever – but I do really understand the good link between drinking IPAs with spicy food. It’s got a nice clean and spicy bitterness, with a nice juicy and creamy hop character up front.

This is light bodied, clean, and very crisp, with a very nice drinkability.

Pressure Drop continues to make some of the better IPAs in Western NY.
