On tap at Flaherty’s Three Flags Inn in Macedon, NY.
This one pours a mostly clear golden yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like marijuana, grapefruit zest, lime, orange, and slight maltiness.
Both Big Ditch and Pressure Drop do West Coast IPAs quite well, so this beer’s tastiness is not a surprise at all. There’s a zesty and resinous bitterness here, with some orange, lime, grapefruit, and lemon.
This is lighter bodied, with a pleasant and not overwhelming bitterness, and a nice drinkability overall.
This’ll hit the mark if you want a good West Coast style IPA.
