That classic West Coast skunk soars in a crisp and clean light-bodied IPA, layered with plenty of dank hop flavor and aroma. The third act of this epic beer concludes with a balanced dry and bitter finish; did we mention how dank it is?

On tap at Fattey Beer Company in Rochester, NY.
This one pours a fairly clear golden orange color, with a small head.
This smells mostly of slightly fruity marijuana, with grassy and resinous hops, and orange.
Extremely unsurprisingly, Pressure Drop has nailed a West Coast style IPA. This has an intense but clean piney bitterness to it, with a overriding dank marijuana type thing going, and a light but pleasant pithy fruity character.
This is light bodied, and very bitter, but pretty drinkable.
If it’s a West Coast IPA and it’s from Pressure Drop, I’m going to order it. They continue to be a major player in the Buffalo beer scene.
