Hazy bright yellow color with white head. Aroma has fresh hay, meadow flowers and spicy yeast notes. Taste follows with spicy yeast, light hop bitterness and a malty background sweetness. Medium body with medium to low carbonation. Overall it's a nice and rustic saison.
