16oz can served in a stemless wineglass. Stamped "CITRA MOZAIC AZACCA 02/04/21". I think I bought this at Full Throttle Bottles three days ago, so apparently I need to start paying attention to dates there. Holy crap. At almost eight months old, I wouldn't enter this review if I didn't think it was actually a pretty good beer as is.
Pours a slightly hazy brassy gold color with a big fluffy head and lots of active carbonation. Smell is very slightly boozy, a little grassy, and kind of vaguely tropical, like very ripe mangos or something similar.
Taste is in the ripe mangos domain, with some melon and melon rind.
Mouthfeel is surprisingly light and fluffy for an 8.1% beer. Overall, despite the age, this is a pretty darn good beer. With this age, it's kind of amazing.
