Copenhagen 2/4 2019. 33 cl bottle from Craft Beer Rockstars, Hüx Strasse, Lübeck. Drawing of a guy in a superhelt costume which looks like a yellow version of the Flash’ outfit on the label.
Pours hazy, golden orange - slightly dirty - with a medium-sized white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Very moderate Lacing.
Aroma is fresh, juicy and citric. Light sweetness from exotic fruit soon overpowered bybstrong citric odor of citrus and Grape fruit acerbic and sharp.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, Soft yet lively texture.
Flavor is medium sweet balanced by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with light sweet undercurrent. Lingers for a bit.
