Pours a hazy, orange coloration with a medium, fluffy head. Smells of light biscuity malt and vague citrus/tropical aromas of grapefruit and papaya. Taste is a good balance of light biscuity malt and citrus/tropical hops, with notes of grapefruit, tangerine, mango and papaya, as well as just a hint of pine and a certain, grassy dankness. Finishes with a medium bitterness and some citrus/tropical notes lingering in the aftertaste. Smooth mouthfeel with a medium body and carbonation.
This is a pretty decent NEIPA, certainly a lot better than I'm used to from Sudden Death, but nothing special either, really. It's got some nice citrus/tropical notes to it, but they don't really feel all that expressive and juicy, while the mouthfeel is also just a tad disappointing for the style. While I think their beers have improved greatly since they started canning at a different brewery, they're still in no position to charge 6.50€ for them.
