Copenhagen 30/3 2021. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Drawing of the aforementioned tour manager from the beard and down.
Pours opaque, hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin layer of foam struggling to cover the surfe of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruit mingling with rather strong citric notes. Pineapple and peach. Grapefruit and citrus. A bit sharp.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, watery, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong tart bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and citric. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Quite on the grapefruity and acerbic side. But no complaints for the tour manager from me.
