Copenhagen 21/4 2019. 33 cl bottle from Craft Beer Rockstars, Hüxstrasse Lübeck. Matthew Beaulieu drawing of Secret Agent Brosnan with a giant hop cone for head and a Beer-drinking hat with straws.

Pours slightly unclear yellow with a small but stable white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.

Aroma is of sweet malts, sweet exotic fruit and fresh grassy bitterness. Peach, a whiff of citrus, wet grass.

Strong carbonation. Thin, watery and quite lively texture.

Flavor is medium sweet balanced by a slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and finish is dry. Lingers for a bit.

Solid brew with some exotic influences. But a fresh and fruity experience.
