Copehagen 23/10 2023. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Red can with a cheap imitation of Ghostface wielding bloody knife.
Pours opaque, hazy, a bit dirty, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is rather intense with a sweet, fermented odor of overripe Stone fruits mingling with a more subdued scent of citrus fruit. Mango and peach. Fermented, Whiff of alcohol. Light citrus and grapefruit.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a strong sweetness followed by a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweet with a bitte undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is sweet and boozy.
Potent sweet DIPA - even though I am not too crazy about the Scream franchise.
