Copenhagen 3/11 2023. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Green can with a gruesome Monster Truck.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as thin but unbroken layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet malty odor mingling with a scent of citrus fruit and a little pine. Sweet pale malts and caramel. Grapefruit and lemon. Resin.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Lingers for a while. Finish rather dry.
Bitter with a solid malty backbone.
