The classic malt bill including Barley, Wheat & Oats provides the creamy and silky base for a beautiful combination of Centennial in the Whirpool and Strata, Hüll Melon, Vic Secret and Galaxy in the dryhop. Ripe and juicy peach, Passionfruit, Candied Grapefruit with a vibrant citrus touch and a dank yet piney finish.

Copenhagen 17/2 2022. 44 cl can from Mikkeller & Friends Bottle Shop, Torvehallerne, Kbh. K. Drawing of what looks like an uncanny hybrid between Jason from Friday the 13th and Ziggy Stardust on the can.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a big white head. Settles as thin but consistent layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet, malty odor mingling with tart, citric fumes. Lightly toasted pale malts, caramel and bread. Lemon and citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, creamy, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed bybo slightly stronger bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Solid NEIPA and an appropriate tribute to Glam rock and slasher movies all rolled into one.
