Copenhagen 6/10 2025. 44 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. Green can with what looks like a strange hybrid of Freddie Krueger with a beard and Json from Friday 13th.
Pours opaque hazy yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as a thin but frothy layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruits mingling with a stronger scent of tart citrus fruit. Sweet pineapple and peach. Lime and grapefruit. A bit acerbic.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
Pretty civilized for a beer inspired by Jason and Freddy.
