Copenhagen 30/4 2019. 33 cl from Craft Beer Rockstars, Hüxstrasse, Lübeck. Very punkt label with half a snarling guy with Sun glasses half a skull (also kind of snarling). Brewed in honor of Swedish punk band The Bones.
Pours slightly hazy, pale yellow with big white head. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate Lacing.
Aroma is medium intense, fruity and citric. Subdued sweetness from the malt base. Bread and grains with hints of white sugar. Stronger odor of citrus, fresh grass and Grape fruit.
Medium strong carbonation. Thin, watery, lively texture.
Flavor is medium sweet with a stronger, tart bitterness. Aftertaste is sour and tart with an acidic touch. Lingers for a bit. Semi-dry finish.
Fresh, bitter and dry. Sounds more like a white Wine than a punk band. But what the Hell.....
