Copenhagen 4/5 2026. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. A very grumpy and annoyed pine tree on the green can.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as an uneven lumpy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a subdued sweet odor of ripe stone fruits mingling with a strong citric scent. Sweet peach overwhelmed by strong grapefruit and lemon. Resin and pine.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
A bitter feeling to get lost in this old pine forest.
