Copenhagen 27/4 2026. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. Golden can with red-haired, ghoulish kid with half a hockey mask inviting me to slay.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a small white head Settles as thin patches of foam floating on the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet odor of overripe stone fruits mingling with citrus fruit. Mango and nectarine. Hint of mustard. Grapefruit and lemon. A little searing and sharp.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter wit a sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is semi-dry.
Zesty and searing DIPA.
