Copenhagen 8/5 2026. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. Red can with a drawing of a skeletal hand shifting gears.
Pour opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a 1 cm thick layer of foam obscuring the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a light sweet odor of fermented stone fruit mingling with tart citrus fruit. A bit sharp. Mango and passion fruit.Grapefruit and lemon.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and tart. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
A bitter, tart and dry speed devil.
