Copenhagen 9/2 2026. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. A Sudden Death version of the Necromonicon on the black can. Bruce Campbell would keep his diary in this.
Pours slightly unclear yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a paper thin layer of foam just covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit mingling with citrus fruit and tart berries. Pineapple and peach. Grapefruit and lemon. Tart Currants. A little sharp.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, lively and tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a tart streak. Not aggressive. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
A pleasant drink with a new interesting acquaintance.
