Fruit Sour w/ papaya, pineapple, lime – 5,0%

‘I am not a demon. I am a lizard, a shark, a heat-seeking panther. I want to be Bob Denver on acid playing an accordion.’

Nicolas Cage is down with crazy and so are we, but sometimes we like to lower the heat and go easy. We chose to condition our latest Fruit Sour on a healthy 325 g. / L of papaya, pineapple, and lime purée and concentrate, and a generous amount of sea salt for a chill tropical treat.

Copenhagen 12/2 2026. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. Drawing of a lot of sliced up fruit with a green lizard on the can.

Pours opaque, murky orange with a small white head A bit bubbly. Swttles as a thin rim of foam running along the side of the glass. Substantial lacing.

Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruit mingling with floral notes and a sharp tart sour scent. Sweet papaya and mango fruit. Pineapple. Perfumed. Tart currants and gooseberries. Sharp.

Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, a bit creamy and viscous, lightly tingling texture.

Flavor is fairly intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong sourness. Aftertaste is sour with a pleasant sweet and fruity undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is fairly dry.

A fine bowl of fruit.
