Copenhagen 26/4 2026. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. A dark and ominous drawing on the can of the Haunted House mentioned in the name of the beer.
Pours opaque hazy yellow with a mid-sized white head. Stable. Settles ax a 1 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a mild odor of stone fruits soon overpowered by a tart scent of citrus fruit. Dry vibe. Sweet peach and nectarine. Grapefruit and lemon. Whiff of tart citrus.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, smooth, gently tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a strong citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit acerbic. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry and tart.
Quite sunny and fresh for such a gloomy can.
