Crowler can. Label has fill date as '5.11.21'.
Unfiltered, straw colored body. Big bubbly white head. Leaves some strings of lacing.
Aroma is distinctive due to the smoked wheat malt, with a smoky meat smell. Also has the sharper wheat malt smell. Mixed within all of this is the sweet pineapple.
Taste is wheat sharp, with some meat smokiness. Has the sweetness of pineapple. Trails off quickly in the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel, with a dry feel. Very good carbonation.
Somewhat remindful of an Hawaiian style pizza with Canadian bacon and pineapple. Smooth and refreshing. Unusual but well executed.
