Crowler can. Label has fill date as '8.24.21'.
Clear, pale gold colored body. First pour brought forth a big, frothy white head but this disappears within a few seconds, with big fizzy noise. No lacing.
Aroma is berry and dry saison yeast.
Taste has a slight berry fruit sweetness, layered with the dry, slightly funky yeast. The peppercorns add some spice notes. Flavors are quickly gone in the aftertaste.
Medium mouth feel, and dry. Light in texture. Big carbonation.
The active carbonation leads to some burps, which express the peppercorns. Quite tasty all around. Good brew for a neighborhood celebration.
