Lightly foggy pale white gold with a short white head dying to a thin film and bubbly collar leaving choppy lacing.
Really light in flavor, It's undoubtedly a cream ale, and nearly entirely a fully standard one at that, exhibiting a faint corn sort of flavor accented by a light tang of pear skin. Hints of straw and colby develop over time, as well as that touch of honey listed in their description.
The totally fluffy medium body feels almost full until a tingly vibe brings it back to an overall ultra clean, quite dry finish, where no actual maple flavor ever seems to surface.
---
Having this again in 2025, it seems much closer to their Helles, no tang or pear, nice straw and light malt, very cleanly semi-dry, deliciously crushable tbh. Increasing my 3.94 score.
