Shimmering gold with a thick, creamy white blanket leaving solid rolling hills of sheeting on the glass.
Smell is sort of muted and minimal corn and white grape, betraying the surprising and simple pleasure to come.
Taste starts with a bitter, crisp bite of lemony pine and rind as toasty cracker then surfaces with accents of sweet corn and even a little resin.
A crisp but airy froth picks up a medium body, finishing semi-dry.
They seem to excel at Lager and Pilsener so far--they should focus more on developing those, particularly because IPAs are not their forte, at least for the moment.
