Our 2021 Cleveland Beer Week collaboration with Thirsty Dog Brewing is a cold IPA. It's brewed with Pilsner & Flaked Rice malt. It was fermented cold, and lastly double dry-hopped with Amarillo, Citra, and Ekuanot hops. The result is crisp with a clean bitterness leaving you wanting more!
