L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter glass. Had a brilliant, golden yellow color and a clear consistency. There was a massive, bright white, foamy, long-lasting head. Excellent lacing.
S: A good aroma of yeast, a floral quality, malt, light fruit, and hops as well.
T: Tasted of a bit of the floral quality (the advertised jasmine), light malt notes, some Belgian-style yeast, light fruit (orange, apples), and a tinge of hops. An interesting flavor for a tripel, mainly due to the inclusion of the jasmine and hops. Lighter and sweeter than your average tripel, but still tasty.
F: An average amount of carbonation with a slightly slick finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A well made and interesting take on the tripel. Worth a look.
