Pours a clear yellow with just a hint of haze. Two finger white head. Herbal hop nose, kind of like opening a box of Celestial Seasonings tea. Cereal grain malt flavor with an herbal and slightly spicy finish. Refreshing and crisp. Easy drinking and great for washing down spicy food.

I don't see a date on the can.
Appearance: The beer is hazy and gold. It has a medium-short head that is foamy and recedes as quick as it forms with the quickly ascending bubbles. Average retention.
Aroma: There is an herbal hop aroma to the beer which smells a bit like thyme, bay leaves, and a touch of clove. There is a light aroma of cereal grain.
Taste: Up front there is a bit of thyme flavor with a bit of lemon. It has a sweet cereal grain flavor with a bit of honey. It finishes herbal.
Mouthfeel: The body is light but chewy. Carbonation is on the high-end. Bitterness is medium.
Overall: The beer is decent but it doesn't feel complete. It has more hop character than malt and it feels a bit chewy in the body. It's worth drinking but I wouldn't jump at the chance to buy it again.
