L: Had this on-tap Growlers to Go - Short Pump, poured into a pint glass. Had a brownish / yellow color and a very cloudy consistency. There was a thin, foamy head that quickly dissipated. Not a whole lot of lacing.
S: An interesting aroma of strawberries, cucumbers, salt, wheat, citrus fruit, and mint.
T: Tasted of a bit of salt (just a little pinch), some light mint notes (present throughout), lots of cucumbers (a surprising amount), some citrus fruit (lemon, in particular), a hint of wheat, and some strawberries. Not your typical gose flavor. but in a good way. It's a light, refreshing, and likable flavor.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Light-bodied.
O: A well done gose - good for the summer months. Drinkable.
