L: Poured from a tallboy can to a snifter glass. Had a bright golden / amber color and a mostly clear consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Pretty good lacing.
S: A solid aroma of dank hops, tropical fruit, pine, malt, and citrus fruit.
T: Tasted of light malt notes (mostly in the finish; not a big factor), some citrus fruit (lemon, in particular), a fair amount of dank hops (not as much as expected, though), some pine notes, and a bit of tropical fruit (passion fruit). An interesting flavor, if an uneven one. It's light and sweet, but it seems to have more in common with a regular IPA than a DIPA. Still, not bad.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Light-bodied.
O: A slightly uneven beer, but also kind of likable. Worth a try.
