Pours a deep golden with some pale pinkish reddish hues. Head is quick to dissipate and the beer is extremely effervescent. Some maraschino cherry on the nose, nail polish, orange zest. It's got sweet maraschino sweetness up front with a touch of tanginess and a ripple of heat on the finish. Not necessarily picking up the mead barrel. This is a super interesting beer.
