Brewed with pilsner malt, flaked wheat, flaked barley & fermented with Voss Kveik, a Norwegian farmhouse strain. Enigma hops offer a red currant, sauv blanc flavor profile.

This was a very interesting beer full of saison notes and sour lemon and lemongrass notes. It's light enough to session and goes down easy. Definitely one of the more interesting beers I've had of late.

Tap
Pours hazy lemon golden, pillowy white head.
Aroma of lemongrass, citrus, cracker malt and herbal notes.
Flavor is tart citrus over cracker, lemongrass, and other mild herbal notes like basil and oregano. Finishes relatively dry with a white wine grape tartness.
Medium body, stinging carbonation.
Very good saison-like beer. Good flavor, nuanced and layered. Different elements mesh together well. It's a bit heavy for a flavor profile suited to warm weather, but would have again.

32oz Crowler, free sample from the brewery. Slightly hazy pale straw hue, decent white lacing on top. Smells tart with fruity over tones of grapes, lemon zest, & fresh nectarines. Mild crispness, big tartness that fades quite quickly in a very refreshing way. Fruitiness abound, graininess within. Light on the palate but the complexities keep unfolding. Dry and lightly nutty in a cracker-like way in the finish. Way too easy to knock-back this brew. Lots of fun.
