Look - Transparent golden straw with abundant carbonation and a 2-3 finger white head.
Smell - It has a lot of barnyard funk on the nose with some underlying malt notes.
Taste - More grassy funk with a touch of lemony brightness and grain before a very abrupt and dry finish.
Feel - Lots of carbonation is the most noticeable trait.
Overall - A very enjoyable saison. The funky notes and dry finish will be the most memorable aspects of Desert Solitaire for me.

500 ml bottle
Pours slightly hazy lemon golden, fluffy white head retains well.
Smells of fresh grassy malts, esters, cereal, coriander and citrus.
Flavor is grassy and cereal malty with citrus, lemongrass, coriander, banana, and funky earthy notes.
Medium body, tingly carbonation.
Pretty decent saison, lots of good flavor but not quite balanced. The grassy notes threaten to overpower the rest. But it drinks easy enough. Goes down pretty smooth. Worth a try, might be interesting to age this for a while.
