ONE PINT can
Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours pale yellow and turbid. It is topped with a giant fleeting head. I had ample room in the glass but had to pour twice to let the head die down. Tiny bits of banana purée cling to the side of the glass.
Hints of banana smell and not much else. Banana opens up more as it warms.
Light banana flavor. I get some hops burn but nothing really in the way of flavor. The hops burn increases with each drink.
Light bodied with a surprisingly thin mouthfeel given the fact that particles of banana purée are on the side of the glass
Not a big fan of banana as a flavoring. Sadly, it was not the worst part of this beer. I gotta believe I just got a bad can. Dankhouse kills it every other time I have had their beers. I would try again for science.
