We've struck gold, black gold that is. We drilled deep into the fields to put this stuff into some tanks here at DankHouse. We reworked the recipe on this one and added some Caramel Dream coffee from Coffee Shack Coffee Roasters, with some Tahitian Vanilla Bean.

Pours a clear, very dark brown color, black looking and opaque in the glass; thick, frothy, semi-creamy tan head, long-lasting. Cocoa aroma with a dose of coffee; mocha; vanilla. Bold taste of black coffee and espresso; strong bitterness; dark chocolate. Heavy body; smooth and silky on the palate.
Coffee flavor punches through rich stout flavor with this beer. Bold and tasty.

A Tavour Treat. Pours a dark brown color with a minimal head that lasts quite a while. Aroma of coffee and roasted malts. Taste is black coffee. Thick and creamy with a slightly bitter finish

A - Pitch black pour with a nice, dense ring of caramel colored lacing.
S - Big chocolate roast with coffee bean dominate the nose (with a slight bit of char).
T - Nice chocolate roast base with a robust coffee bean body that carries this beer all the way to the finish.
M - Full bodied and silky soft with a slight bit of sugary residue left on the lips.
O - Big, bold, and flavorful. Recommended!
