Served in an oversized, stemless, wine glass
This beer pours a murky brownish orange color and is topped with a fleeting tan head that leaves no lacing.
The smell is spot on. I get pineapple, cherry, and even yellow cake with vanilla. I would say it smells more sweet than sour.
The taste is where the sourness lies. Tartness abounds with pineapple and cherry flavor.
Full bodied with a thick mouthfeel
I was worried that this would be too desserty after smelling it. Fears allayed. Great sour flavor without a shit ton of sweetness. Plenty of sweetness, just not a shit ton.
