Served in an oversized, stemless, wine glass

This beer pours a murky, dark orange hue. It is topped with little head that leaves no lacing.

Guava is the main aroma. I get almost a sour wine smell.

Guava forward flavor. I get an underlying tart grape flavor. Pineapple in the aftertaste.

Full bodied with a thick mouthfeel

Delicious sour ale. Tart, fruity, thick

I tried this beer off the tapper at the brewery as part of a five sample flight. It poured a hazy yellow grapefruit juice like with no head and no lace. The scent had sour fruit notes. The taste was tart/sour leaning and easy to sip with ripe sour fruit presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body and had smooth carbonation. Overall it is a good sour.
