When Little Dabbie fires up to do some baking, you know its gonna feel real good in the tummy. This will be a new series that is loosely based off of some of the ooey gooey goodness that comes out of that kitchen! This is the Fudge Round version.

Aroma of decadent sundae and fudge. Taste's not too far off, with a body of thick fudge and caramel backed against darker chocolate and malt. Very delicious

16oz can. Can bottom is stamped 'FRESHLY BAKED 12/29/22'. Label includes the detail "Inspired by Fudge Rounds".
Fudgy, dark brown colored body. Foamer upon opening. Pours in the glass with the head fizzling back as soon as it is poured, light brown colored head. Leaves an oily sheen on the inside of the glass.
Aroma is chocolate fudge, vanilla, and a bit of marshmallow.
Taste is chocolate fudge and a bit of vanilla. The flavors are artificial. More and more sweet as the glass is drunk. Same fudge flavors in the aftertaste.
Thinner mouth feel. Overcarbonated upon opening but drinks without a head or surface bubbles.
Makes a mess upon opening, has artificial flavors, and drinks with a real thin body.

All four cans overfoamed when opened, not geyser-like but still made a mess.

ONE PINT can
Served in a snifter

This beer pours black and is topped with a few inches of mocha head that leaves spotty lacing.

Chocolate and vanilla are the most discernable smells with hints of molasses.

Chocolate and vanilla upfront and carries into the back end. I get some roasted malt.

Medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel

It is a good stout. It is not over-the-top with sweetness. It drinks like a vanilla stout. I'm just glad it is not 15% abv and sickeningly sweet like a lot of shit out there now.
