ONE PiNT can
Served in a snifter
This beer pours a bright yellow hue and is turbid. It is topped with several inches of tan head that leaves rings of sediment as I consume. It's not really from the foam. It's more from the fruit addition.
I expected a lot of banana aroma. It is more sour smelling with hints of banana and vanilla.
Sour flavor leads the way. The banana and marshmallow and vanilla are faint.
Full bodied with a thick, creamy mouthfeel
I'm starting to suspect a little secondary fermentation in the can. When I cracked the can the beer started to slowly ooze up out of the opening before I decanted the beer. I really expected a banana and vanilla bomb. I could be completely wrong, and this is how it is supposed to taste. It's good. I'm glad the banana didn't overwhelm my senses.
