Copenhagen 7/3 2025. 47,3 cl can from Kihoskh, Sønder Boulevard, Kbh. V. A moldy old submarine with green graffiti with the name of the beer on the can.
Pours opaque hazy, golden yellow with a big white head. Stable. Settles as a 0,1 cm thick, creamy layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of ripe Stone fruits mingling with a bitter citric scent of Citrus fruit. Peach and Mango. Grapefruit and Lemon. Zesty and searing.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, a bit viscous, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and a bit sharp. Lingers for a while.
Finish is dry.
A zesty and dank Submarine.

One Pint can
Served in a stemless wine glass
This beer pours pale yellow and turbid. It is topped with an inch of tan head that leaves nice lacing.
Fresh citrus aroma with a nice, dank aroma as well
Great citrus flavor. Dank aftertaste
Medium bodied with a pillowy, smooth mouthfeel
Great beer. Quite quaffable
