Copehagen 27/6 2025. 47,3 cl can from The Beer Hive, Amagerbrogade, Kbh. S.Colorful drawing of an officer with a gas mask ready for chem trails on the can.
Pours opaque yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as paper thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a prominent scent of Tropical fruit. A bit overripe. Mingling with a more subtle scent of citrus fruit. Mango and passion fruit. Whiff of petroleum. Grapefruit and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, slightly viscous, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a notable sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is fairly dry.
No need to jump into the Hazard suit.
