One Pint can
Served in a snifter
My can says 12% abv and includes chocolate, peanut butter, and marshmallows and is clearly labeled "Mashish." It mentions the base beer with those additions.
This beer pours black as coal and is topped with an inch of creamy, dark brown head that disappears quickly and quietly leaving an oily trace.
Big chocolate aroma with some underlying peanut butter. I thought the marshmallow would be more apparent. I get hints of booze as it approaches room temperature.
It tastes just like it smells. Lots of chocolate with some peanut butter in the aftertaste. Once again, the marshmallow is very understated. Some roasted malt as it warms.
Thick bodied with a creamy, viscous mouthfeel
It is good. It could use some work though. The peanut butter is too subtle as well as the marshmallows. I don't want it overly sweet. I just need more of the adjuncts.
