The first west coast-style IPA we've ever released at Bearded Owl. Centennial, Chinook and Cascade hops with Norway spruce tips give it that classic flavor and medium bitterness expected from the style.

draft pour into a standard pint glass. fairly clear but a little cloudy / unfiltered looking with a huge fluffy white head. citrus and pine collide in full force on the nose and taste. it’s not extremely west coast - more midwestern to me but it’s delicious. full mouthfeel, fairly crisp. really enjoyed this one!
