A pilsner crafted in the Czech style. Slightly sweeter than a tradition German pilsner with noticeable bready character and Saaz Noble hops.

draft pour into a dimpled mug. pours a straw gold with not quite two fingers of fluffy white foam. bread and cracker-like malts on the nose and flavor. clean lager yeast. it needs a little more carbonation to make it to that czech level of crispiness. this was still very tasty and i really enjoyed it.
