This wild sour is going to be a mix of blackberry and sweet basil. We fermented it with our in-house sour dough culture which gives it a unique body and a nice tartness. Come on over, into the garden, and give this a go.

5oz draft pour into a taster snifter. pours a deep purple with almost no head to it. really get the basil on the nose but damn if it doesn’t work here. it mixes with the blackberries quite well. taste of blackberries with a basil finish. it’s a little odd at first but it works. medium mouthfeel with a jammy blackberry finish. interesting sour.
